This blend of oils and extracts are known to help your lashes & brows be healthy, grow, and be luscious. Carefully take wand out, wiping off excess oil as needed (you don't need much!), and swipe over lashes/brows. You can swipe some carefully on your lash line as well. Ingredients: Castor Oil, Argan Oil, Marula Oil, White Tea Extract. *packaging will vary - most will have black caps
