Shipping policy

Shipping prices and times are listed at checkout. We try to ship the best method possible (usually USPS or UPS), to ensure your order gets to you safe and sound (and on time!). Current turnaround time varies, but we aim to ship website orders within 10 business days (1-2 weeks). Invoiced orders will be shipped within the time promised in the sale/event you purchased from. Please note that if you hold/combine any orders at any point, this will delay the shipping of your order until all items/orders are fulfilled. Wholesale orders will ship within 14 business days, but varies per order. If you need an item quicker, email us directly before placing your order, to see what is available. Costs will vary. (We do usually have a Rush Order option to purchase on the website)

We offer free US shipping on orders over $99. No code needed, its an option at checkout. Local pick up is also available. We will email when your order is ready and you can come pick up when it works for you! We do offer worldwide shipping. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please send us an email!

Insurance is available upon request. (We usually have an added insurance option available for purchase on the website)

International customers: We do ship internationally. Please email before ordering for shipping costs and availability.

International customers will be liable to pay any custom or duty fees that may apply to their order. We will not refund orders that are denied at customs and/or are sent back to us. You are responsible for any reshipping costs.

Allow extra time around holidays, as creating time on our end and travel time on the carriers end may require more patience than usual. Order early! We also usually close for a couple weeks around the holidays, so be sure to order before we cut off orders for the season! (be on our email list or follow us on social media for updates!)

Tracking number and details are sent to buyers whenever possible.
