You can use this as a before shower masque or an overnight treatment. You may need to use it a few times in a row if your hair is unhealthy or or needs some rejuvenation. Weekly or bi-weekly use is recommended for happy hair.
Highlighted ingredients in this masque are phytokeratin, marula oil, panthenol, and horsetail root. This masque has a lovely lemongrass-esque scent. It is one of my fave smells ever!
This product isn't scented persay, but has oils of lemongrass, lavender, and cedarwood. I'd say it smells mostly of lemongrass with lavender and cedarwood undertones.

You can get keratin treatments at a salon, which often contain high levels of formaldehyde and other undesirable ingredients. Not only is our hair masque made with only natural and organic plant derived ingredients, it is a much more affordable option.
-Marula oil is known as a deep conditioning treatment for hair. It is extracted from the nuts of the Marula tree, making it a rare oil that has a fragrant floral, nutty aroma along with powerful properties, including protective antioxidants – in fact, while it is similar to the much more famous Moroccan argan oil, it actually contains 60 percent more antioxidants. It’s a fruit native to the southern region of Africa, and has been harvested wild for centuries, used as a natural remedy for healing a wide range of conditions.
-Panthenol, also known as vitamin B5, is mostly used as a humectant, a substance that helps retain moisture, and is primarily used in skin and hair products. Panthenol’s molecular structure allows it to attract moisture from the atmosphere and bind to water molecules. The result? Panthenol helps moisturize hair and skin and stops both from getting dehydrated. In addition, because panthenol also spreads evenly on the surface of the hair strand, it forms a smooth film over hair cuticles that enhances light reflection and makes tresses look shinier and glossier. What’s more, the smooth film also gives hair strands “slip” to discourage nasty knots or tangles.
-Horsetail root, also known as shavegrass, is a mineral-rich organic herb that aids in hair and nail health. This herb has been known and used for centuries to help and treat many issues and diseases. We love it for bringing many benefits to your hair masque, including encouraging hair growth and strength and helping with hair loss, dandruff, and split ends.
