Take Home: An aromatherapy roll on that you made yourself to your liking! And a rejuvenated body, mind, & spirit from yoga!
Description: Check in is at 10am. Yoga will begin at 10:15 for 45 minutes. This is an intro to yoga type class hosted by Chris from Yoga For Life. Bring your yoga mat and a water! (if you need a yoga mat, let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to have one available for you) Afterwards, you will make an aromatherapy roll on of your choice! We will have an array of ingredients to make it just how you like! Botanicals, pigments, plant/essential oils, carrier oils, magnesium oil, crystals, and maybe more! We will have info out (and be here to help you ofcourse!) if you need direction to make it a certain way or for a certain purpose (or to just get those creative juices flowing!) You can purchase additional add-on tickets (in a separate listing) to make additional rollers if you want to. This class ticket includes making ONE roll on.
The store will be open to the public from 11am-12pm noon, so you will be able to shop the store after class. All yoga ticket holders will get a discount for shopping in-store on class day!
