KEY INGREDIENTS. Oat Extract is super soothing and moisturizing. Cocamidopropyl Betaine is an ingredient derived from coconuts that has powerful cleansing properties. 

WHEN TO USE. Washing your face is always the first step. You can remove your makeup by washing or use our Blue Moon Serum or Cleansing Balm to remove makeup before washing.
